As this project progresses, and more questions are asked, the answers will be added here.
A: FreeStyleWork is a concept that relates to working outside of an office. If you can imagine answering customer inquiries and performing research using a Mobile Device... In your home, at the Beach, or Sitting in the Park... then that's the main idea. Doing Office Work outside of the office is the main objective of FreeStyleWork. |
A: Regular Mobile Phones are unacceptable. You must use a device that can be considered a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). Most of the assignments are available by Mobile Email or through a Mobile Web Browser. You should have a device that has a good internet connection, and can send and receive email from at least 2 different Email Addresses. | Q: Why can't I use a Laptop or Desktop Computer ?
A: By using a Desktop Computer or Laptop to perform tasks, the entire purpose of Mobile Working would be compromised. If your hired for an assignment, and get stuck in traffic or otherwise delayed, you can't do the assignment from where you are, because you don't have your Desktop Computer with you. And the Laptop has limited battery life, which means you'll run out of power. Incomplete assignments are unacceptable, and not being able to get to a Computer cannot be used as an excuse. | Q: How much can I expect to be paid ?
A: Because your considered a Free Agent, you will be able to negotiate your salary based on your skills and experience. Management will decide how much your pay will be. Keep in mind that it's neither a full time or part time position. It's more like a "when you have time" job. Each assignment must be completed within a certain time-frame and must be done, otherwise payment will be forfeited. All assigments are by contract, which means the contract can be broken if you decide to refuse an assignment. | Q: Why is the Evaluation (test) 30 days long ?
A: We don't want to waste your time. So, to make sure that your really interested in Mobile Working, we designed a test that will show you how much you know, and will demonstrate that you know how to use the device that you have. Since you bought it, and decided that you want to use it to make a profit, then you should know how to use it. The one thing we don't want to do is give you work that your not able to do. The other reason is to see if your able to do one simple thing, like turn on your device, go to a website, and answer a question. 30 days seems like a long time but... the real assignment may last up to a year. If you can't hold out for 30 days, then there's no chance of success. | Q: After the Evaluation is done, what happens then ?
A: If you finish the Evaluation then you will have a chance to contact the "boss" to have your Evaluation scored. If your score is average or above, then you'll be asked to work with us. If not, then you can always start the Evaluation over again. You will also be asked for a list of skills that you can perform or a resume that shows what you know, and can do. This will be the one thing that decides what your assignment will be. You can make a request, but the Management will make the final decision. | |
